Urgent Hiring: 35 TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES to start on October 12, 2009 (Ortigas Site)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major responsibility of the agent is to perform both customer service and technical support for car navigation units
Agents are responsible to do the following:
– Provide resolutions to problems that end-users may encounter with their GPS units
– Resolve issues through a real time troubleshooting
– Facilitate repair or replacement request of GPS units
– Provide customer any relevant information about GPS units
*Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course
*Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
*Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
*Completed second year college
*Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
*Above average verbal and written English communication skills
*Skilled in computer navigation
*Basic skills in PC troubleshooting (hardware / software)
*Familiarity with internet connectivity and networking
*Amenable to work in shifting schedules
*Technical support experience is preferred but not required
*Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
