~ Assist in overall Workforce Management implementation by acting as subject matter experts (L2) to Workforce Optimization Officers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years experience in the Workforce/Resource Management division of a call center
• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in statistics and documentation
• Proficient knowledge of CMS and other ACD/WFM tools.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Vision, PowerPoint and Access)
• Proficient in MS Excel and programming Excel for data collection.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
